  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 medium flour tortillas
  • 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 4 cups cheese blend (Monterey Jack, American, Mozzarella)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, jalapeño juice, minced jalapeños, garlic, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Shred cooked chicken and combine it with the jalapeño sauce in a bowl until coated.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place one tortilla in the skillet and layer with cheese and chicken mixture. Top with another tortilla.
  4. Cook for about 1 minute until golden brown; flip and cook another 30–60 seconds until both sides are crispy and cheese melts.
  5. Slice into wedges and serve warm with extra jalapeño sauce.
