  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup miniature chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
  • 23 milk chocolate candy bars (broken into pieces)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just mixed; fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop rounded balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them apart.
  6. Bake for 6-7 minutes until edges start to set. Remove from oven and press marshmallows and chocolate pieces into cookies.
  7. Return to oven for an additional 3-4 minutes until golden brown; cool on sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
