  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 24-ounce jar marinara sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dried oregano

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 1½-inch meatballs and place on a plate.
  3. Pour half of the marinara sauce into your slow cooker.
  4. Add the meatballs in a single layer on top of the sauce.
  5. Top with the remaining marinara sauce.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  7. Stir gently before serving to coat meatballs with sauce.
