  • Sea salt & black pepper
  • Ground cumin & cayenne pepper
  • Olive oil
  • White corn tortillas
  • Purple cabbage
  • Avocado
  • Red onion
  • Cotija cheese
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Lime wedges
  • Sour cream & mayonnaise
  • Lime juice
  • Garlic powder & Sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp by thawing and patting dry. Combine with seasonings in a medium bowl.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp in a single layer and sauté for 1-2 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. Toast tortillas over an open flame or skillet until lightly charred.
  4. Prepare toppings: slice cabbage, dice avocado and onion, chop cilantro.
  5. Make the sauce by whisking together sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, and Sriracha in a small bowl.
