  • 10 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1 pound seafood mix (shrimp, scallops, calamari)
  • Fresh lasagna noodles
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter; whisk in flour and gradually add milk to create béchamel sauce. Stir in parmesan and salt; set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, egg, parsley, and salt.
  4. Cook seafood in a skillet with olive oil until just cooked through; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Layer the baking dish starting with béchamel sauce, noodles, ricotta filling, seafood mixture, and repeat until all ingredients are used. Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
