Ingredients
- 16-ounce box rotini pasta
- Red & blue liquid food coloring
- Cherry tomatoes
- Mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni
- Black olives
- Italian dressing
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Divide the cooked pasta into three portions. In separate large Ziploc bags, add red food coloring with water to one portion and blue food coloring to another. Seal and knead until colored evenly.
- Toss the remaining pasta with olive oil to prevent color bleeding.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the colored pastas with halved cherry tomatoes, cubed mozzarella, chopped pepperoni, black olives, and Italian dressing. Mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
