  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  3. Deglaze with white wine and lime juice; simmer for 6–8 minutes until reduced by half.
  4. Stir in Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes; simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to low; add butter until melted.
  6. Return shrimp to pan along with any juices, parsley, and Parmesan cheese; warm through for 1–2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread.
