  • 6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 ounces sliced pepperoni
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the croissant dough into triangles and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
  4. Brush the butter mixture over each dough triangle.
  5. Place halved pepperoni on the wide end of each triangle followed by shredded mozzarella.
  6. Roll up each triangle from wide end to point and place on the baking sheet.

  8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
