  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • 1 1/2 cups dried coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, plus extra for rolling
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips until well mixed.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for one hour to firm up.
  4. After chilling, scoop portions of the mixture and roll them into approximately 1 1/4-inch balls.
  5. Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and chill again until firm.
