  • 1 package Kings Hawaiian Rolls
  • 12 cooked cocktail meatballs
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/41/2 cup mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut small circles into the center of each Hawaiian roll without cutting through.
  3. Create space by pressing down with fingers or a small glass.
  4. Brush the inside and tops of rolls with garlic butter, then toast in the oven for about 4 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. Add tomato sauce and mozzarella into each roll’s center.
  6. Place warm meatballs inside and top with parmesan.
  7. Add remaining mozzarella on top and return to the oven for another 5 minutes until melted.
