- 16 ounces candy coating
Instructions
- Prepare cherries by chopping and blotting on paper towels to remove excess liquid.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, coconut, sweetened condensed milk, cherries, and pecans until well mixed.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least two hours.
- Shape the chilled mixture into 1-inch balls and refrigerate again for 20 minutes.
