  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic (grated)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Halve the Brussels sprouts and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with avocado oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
  3. Arrange the sprouts cut side down on the baking sheet and roast for 18–20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, and grated garlic. Whisk together and simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Once roasted, transfer the sprouts to a serving dish and toss them with the balsamic glaze before serving warm.
