Description

These Greek Yogurt Brownies (Zero Sugar Snack) are ultra-fudgy, protein-packed, and completely free of refined sugar. With just a handful of ingredients and under 30 minutes to bake, they’re the perfect guilt-free dessert for anyone watching their sugar intake.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: a few drops of stevia or monk fruit sweetener, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in the cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a thick batter forms.
  4. Adjust Sweetness: Taste the batter and add a few drops of stevia or monk fruit sweetener if desired.
  5. Transfer to Pan: Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top evenly.
  6. Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the center is just set. Do not overbake.
  7. Cool & Slice: Let cool completely before slicing into 9 or 12 squares and serving.

Notes

Use full-fat or 2% Greek yogurt for best texture. Avoid overbaking to maintain fudginess. You can store these in the fridge for up to 6 days or freeze for longer storage. Great for meal prep or healthy snacking!
