Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (2% or full-fat)
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (unsweetened)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder or 2 tbsp oats or chia seeds
Instructions
- Mix the Base: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth. Add honey or maple syrup if using.
- Add Chocolate: Fold in most of the chocolate chips, reserving a few for topping.
- Portion Out: Spoon mixture into mini muffin liners or silicone molds.
- Top & Freeze: Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top. Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.
- Serve & Store: Remove from molds and store in an airtight freezer container. Thaw for 3–5 minutes before eating.
