  • 1 jar chunky salsa (16 oz)
  • 2 blocks cream cheese (8 oz each)
  • 1 container sour cream (16 oz)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (1 oz)
  • Prepared guacamole (16 oz)
  • Shredded colby jack cheese (2 cups)
  • Sliced black olives
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Green onions
  • Red bell pepper
  • Crushed blue corn tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Mix refried beans with half a cup of salsa; spread in a 13×9-inch dish.
  2. Whip together cream cheese, taco seasoning, and half a cup of sour cream until smooth; layer over beans.
  3. Add guacamole on top, followed by the remaining salsa.
  4. Top with green onions and black olives, then sprinkle shredded colby jack cheese.
  5. Spread remaining sour cream on top; create flag design using diced tomatoes and red bell pepper for stripes.
  6. Add decorative cheese stars and crushed blue corn chips in the corner.
  7. Chill for 2–4 hours before serving.
