  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 3 cups confectioners' sugar
  • red and blue food coloring

Instructions

  4. Place cookies on ungreased baking sheets and bake for 6 to 8 minutes until lightly golden. Cool completely on wire racks.
  5. For icing, whisk together milk and confectioners’ sugar until smooth; divide into portions to color red and blue.
