  • 2 eggs
  • 450 ml milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Crumble the two and a half donuts into small pieces using a Thermomix or a knife.
  2. In the Thermomix, combine crumbled donuts with milk, eggs, sugar, and cornstarch; blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Cook the mixture in the Thermomix at 90ºC for 10 minutes on speed 4, or in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  4. Pour into glasses and let cool completely before garnishing with reserved donut pieces.
