  • 2 lbs sirloin steak, cubed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by dicing the potatoes and onion and cubing the steak.
  2. In a crockpot, layer half of the potatoes followed by half of the steak and onion. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour beef broth over all layers and drizzle Worcestershire sauce on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
  6. About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle cheese on top to melt.
