  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus more for topping)
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken broth, uncooked rice, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Stir in shredded cheese.
