- 8 ounces tortellini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced

- 1 bell pepper, sliced

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Boil the tortellini in salted water according to package instructions (3-5 minutes). Drain and set aside.
