- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 box (11 ounces) Cheddar Bay Biscuits Mix (seasoning packet set aside)
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
