  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 13 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tbsp butter
  • 1 large onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup shredded spinach

Instructions

  1. Season chicken strips with Cajun seasoning and salt.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a Chef's pan over medium heat; cook seasoned chicken until browned (5-7 minutes).
  3. Add diced onion, minced garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and tomato paste; cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in orzo and pour in chicken broth; bring to simmer and cover for 20 minutes.
  5. Once orzo is nearly tender, mix in spinach, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese; stir until creamy.
