Ingredients

  • 12 strips thick-cut bacon
  • 1 lb. Farfalle pasta
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes (quartered)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons Ranch seasoning mix
  • Optional: avocado and cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by whisking together milk, sour cream, and Ranch seasoning in a large bowl. Refrigerate until needed.
  2. Boil salted water and cook Farfalle pasta per package instructions until al dente. Drain and cool with olive oil.
  3. Fry bacon in a skillet until crispy. Cool and chop into pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta with half of the prepared dressing.
  5. Add chopped lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, most of the bacon, BBQ sauce, and remaining dressing. Toss gently.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for up to three hours before serving.
