Instructions

  3. Mix the Coconut Layer: Combine coconut milk and maple syrup in a bowl; whisk until smooth.
  4. Layer the Popsicles: Fill molds with strawberry puree (1/3 full), freeze for 10 minutes, then add coconut layer and freeze briefly again before topping with blueberry puree.
  5. Insert Sticks: After freezing each layer slightly, insert popsicle sticks.
  6. Final Freeze: Freeze overnight or for at least 8 hours until solid.
  7. Unmold Popsicles: Dip molds in warm water for easy release.
